Services Offered
I offer online therapy and coaching for adults and couples across the UK, including CBT, Couple Therapy for Depression, and Life Coaching.
Below you’ll find more information about the approaches I offer. Each one is evidence‑based and tailored to your needs.
If you’d like to discuss any of these approaches further, or want to book a session, please click here. If you’re unsure which approach might be most helpful, we can explore this together in an initial session.
CBT
I offer online CBT across the UK, providing a calm, confidential space to explore what you’re finding difficult and develop practical tools to move forward.
CBT can be helpful when you feel stuck in patterns of worry, low mood, stress or self‑criticism, and want practical tools to feel more in control. It’s an evidence‑based approach recommended for a wide range of emotional difficulties and can be especially useful if you’re looking for a structured, collaborative way to understand what’s keeping things going.
How CBT works
CBT explores the links between your thoughts, feelings, physical sensations and behaviours. Together, we look at the patterns that may be maintaining your difficulties and gently experiment with new ways of responding. The aim is to help you feel more able to cope, make sense of what’s happening, and build confidence in managing things differently.
What sessions are like
CBT is a collaborative process. We work together to understand what’s going on for you and agree on small, manageable steps between sessions. These might include practising new skills, trying out different responses, or noticing patterns in day‑to‑day life. Everything is tailored to your needs, and we work at a pace that feels comfortable and sustainable.

Couple Therapy for Depression
Many relationships go through difficult periods, and couples often seek support when they feel stuck, disconnected, or unsure how to move forward together. You might be worrying about the relationship breaking down, feeling distant from one another, arguing more often, or finding communication harder than it used to be. External pressures — such as work stress, family dynamics, physical health concerns or major life events — can also place strain on a relationship.
Couple Therapy for Depression focuses on the emotional and relational patterns that may be affecting each partner’s wellbeing. The approach aims to reduce symptoms of depression, improve communication, and rebuild closeness and understanding. While it can feel daunting at first to talk openly together, the sessions offer a safe, structured and neutral space to explore what’s happening and to support each other through it.
If CTfD feels like the right approach for you and your partner, we would begin with an initial joint session to explore the difficulties you’ve been facing. You would then each have a one‑to‑one session with me before returning to joint sessions, where we focus on the goals you’ve agreed are most important for your relationship. Importantly, we work at a pace that feels manageable for both of you.
This approach is suitable for couples seeking online couples therapy, support with communication, or help navigating periods of emotional distance or low mood. If you’re unsure whether CTfD is the right fit, you’re welcome to get in touch and we can explore what might be most helpful.
Life Coaching
I offer online Life Coaching across the UK.
Life Coaching offers space to think about the goals you want to achieve and how you can move towards them. Rather than giving advice, coaching helps you recognise your strengths, build clarity, and create a sense of direction and fulfilment. Sessions provide dedicated time to focus on your goals and purpose — something that can be hard to prioritise in day‑to‑day life – and we work at a pace that feels manageable and supportive for you.
Life Coaching is not therapy. It doesn’t explore your past or look at the root causes of emotional difficulties. Many people choose coaching as an alternative to therapy, while others find it helpful after therapy as they begin to think about the next steps in their wellbeing journey.
I am offering online life coaching sessions while working towards fully qualifying in early 2027, and I am supervised as part of this training. If you’re interested in coaching, unsure whether coaching is the right fit or would like to stay updated as my training progresses, you’re welcome to contact me at louise@renewedperspectives.co.uk or call 07344 729666.
